Is the packaging letterbox-friendly?

Yes — all 250g subscription bags are sent in letterbox-friendly packaging so you don't need to be home to receive them. If you select more than 1 x 250g bag per delivery this will via tracked parcel service but won't fit through a letterbox.

How does the coffee subscription work?


You choose your coffee, bag size (250g or 1kg), grind (whole bean or pre-ground for your brew method), and how often you'd like it delivered. We roast your coffee fresh and ship via tracked delivery on a recurring schedule. You can manage everything from your account dashboard.

What’s the difference between Coffee of the Month and other coffee subscriptions?

Coffee of the Month is a rotating subscription where we select a new standout coffee each month — perfect for adventurous coffee drinkers. Our other coffee subscriptions let you receive the same year-round single origin or blend regularly, ideal if you’ve found a favourite you love.

How often will I receive my coffee, and can I change the frequency?

You can choose how often you’d like your coffee delivered—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Need to change it? Just update your delivery schedule any time via your subscription dashboard.
