Our barista training courses are tailored to your personal requirements and can cover a wide range of topics.
These typically include:
- Setting up a grinder for espresso
- Espresso extraction, dose weight and time
- Milk steaming

- Cupping and coffee tasting

Our course is priced at £200 inc VAT and two people are able to attend.

We totally enjoyed our time with the highly knowledgeable but fun Beckie! Both my son and I wanted to gain the skills needed to use industrial coffee machines in a formal work environment and at home and Beckie nailed the brief. The tour of the roastery provided a great contextual background, the making & testing of espresso, steaming milk correctly and latte art were the perfect combo (along with relevant health & safety requirements). You gave us confidence to 'Tamp & Go' plus handy notes to take away made the experience complete - thank you Beckie you are a star (and it's not the 50 espressos I drank, I promise!)
