About Brazil Single Origin | Brazil
5% donated to FareShare Sussex and Surrey
Our Brazil Single Origin coffee currently features a natural processed coffee from Fazenda Inhame.
We've been buying coffee from Inhame for several years. The farm covers about 28 hectares and is owned and managed by Marco Aurelio and his son Bruno. They use a selective mechanical approach that does a great job of picking cherry that is ripe and leaving unripe cherry on the trees. After harvesting the coffee is dried on concrete patios until reaching 30% moisture content. The coffee is then moved to mechanical driers that gently reduce the moisture content down to 12%.
*Please note - our Brazil Single Origin is subject to change and may feature different producers from Brazil. -

Great taste
Finally I've found a coffee which pulls consistent shots in my Sage machine. Lovely taste, and now my go-to coffee. All of Horsham's single origin coffees are fabulous, and seem far superior to every other roaster I've tried!
Brazil Single Origin
A nicely balanced well roasted bean. I've not had as much luck with it as a pourover, tasty but not amazingly fruity, but had it as an espresso earlier and it was lovely.
Lovely flavour, prompt delivery
