Orders for delivery to the UK placed before midnight are usually dispatched the next day. Our working days are Monday-Friday exclusing bank holidays. 

We use  Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48 Tracked and DPD as our primary delivery options. RM24 Tracked can be selected at checkout. For quick delivery always select either RM24 tracked or DPD.

Certain equipment items that are not held on site by us might be subject to longer delivery times but are noted on the product listing.

International orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order. Delivery times vary depending on location.

We ship our coffee worldwide. You can find more information on our delivery and returns page. Orders over 2kg in weight are always sent via DHL Express.

We do not accept returns of coffee orders. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase from us please contact us via our email at info@horshamcoffeeroaster.com. We will always strive to do our best to put things right and appreciate the feedback of our customers. 

If you wish to return your coffee equipment order please contact us as soon as possible after your order. Purchases of equipment are covered by distance selling regulations - which you will be able to find more information on here.

 

We roast Monday - Friday and always aim to dispatch coffee within 7 days of roasting. We do not roast to order and try to keep ahead. However, sometimes you might receive coffee within 1 to 2 days of roasting. We recommend letting coffee rest for 7 days before brewing.
