We have been a specialty coffee wholesaler since 2012, and are dedicated to building sustainable relationships with farms and co-operatives so we can proudly supply the best coffees in the world to businesses throughout the UK. We began in Sussex and our wholesale reach now extends through the South of England, and from London to Scotland.
We have a minimum order value for wholesale orders of £80. If you are a small business and expect to place orders of less than £80 please email info@horshamcoffeeroaster.com as we can still provide you with discounted trade pricing.

Our Mission at Horsham Coffee Roaster
Our mission is to showcase the finest quality coffees in the world and to find the right coffee for you. So whether you’re looking for a blend or a variety of single-origin coffees, and whether you need 5 or 500 kilos a week of wholesale coffee beans, we would love to work with you!
We work directly with producers in Rwanda, Costa Rica, Kenya and Brazil to source coffees on an ethical, relationship basis. This means the coffee you serve to your customers will be part of a supply chain based on positive, sustainable long term relationships.
Wholesale Coffee Pricing
Wholesale pricing applies to orders of £80 or more in value. Our wholesale pricing policy is very simple. Once you've signed up for your account you will automatically receive the following discount:
- 30% discount on all coffee (minimum £50 order)
- Free delivery on orders of £150 or more
- Exclusive discounts on brewing equipment
Please note: Wholesale accounts are not suitable for customers who would like to subscribe to our coffees. If you are a potential wholesale or trade customer and would like to setup a discounted volume based subscription please contact us at info@horshamcoffeeroaster.com and we will be able to set this up for you.
Support and Training for Wholesale Coffee Beans Customers
As a wholesale customer we will also provide, if needed, free extensive barista training to give your staff the confidence and knowledge they need to get the best from the coffees they’ll be working with. If you are new to the world of specialty coffee, we can also offer you industry advice and support and supply you with the best coffee making equipment available, including espresso machines, grinders and filter brewing equipment.
We offer a wide range of equipment from La Marzocco, Conti, Anfim, Compak and Mahlkonig with flexible payment terms including lease options.
