Horsham Coffee Roaster is run by a team of people obsessed and dedicated to coffee.

Bradley is the co-founder of Horsham Coffee Roaster. His main role is to over-see the day-to-day operations, the roasting and the longer term plans for the roastery. As a licensed Arabica Q-grader Bradley plays a big part in the sourcing and selecting of our coffees at origin. As a keen photographer and Olympus camera user you will see many of his photos on the website and social media.
Amelia is the co-founder of Horsham Coffee Roaster. She takes on many roles at the roastery including making sure that everyone gets paid on time. On a day to day basis she either runs or assists the dispatch team to help ensure that all orders are packed correctly and sent out on time.
Dudley is our production roaster and works with the rest of the team to plan out the roasting and to make sure we never run out of coffee! He takes on a range of different roles within the roastery including running our quality control program. All our coffees are cupped, filter brewed and espresso tested on our Decent Espresso machine.
Dispatch co-ordinator and roaster
Ben runs our dispatch department on a day to day basis. It's his job to decide what will be packed and dispatched every day. He regularly answers the phone and assists with roasting whenever he can.
Customer account manager and training co-ordinator
Beckie co-ordinates our wholesale customer training, and regularly visits and assists our wholesale customers. She can often be found helping out on dispatch, packing coffee and making sure orders go out on time.
Dispatch assistant and barista
Harry is our barista in charge of our coffee shop space. He also assists on dispatch and order preparation and packing.
