The Roastery is open Monday to Friday and closed on all bank holidays. Our roastery cafe space is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 4pm.

Havent received your order?:
All orders are sent using a Tracked service.
Royal Mail may take up to 10 days to delivery and will not class an item as missing until 10 working days have passed since the order was sent. You can track the package via the link in your order confirmation email or by clicking on the grey chat button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
When will my order be sent?:
We aim to send out all orders placed before midnight on the next working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).
This is our target however at busy times we might not be able to do this and once your order has been sent you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. As an example, if you order before midnight on Monday we will aim to send this out to you on Tuesday.
