    This is a perfect example of a well-balanced, washed coffee that comes from Guatemala. Nueva Granada is a 675 hectare estate farm located in El Tumbador, San Marcos, Guatemala. They are one of the most established and experienced coffee producers in the country, producing many different varieties and processes.

    This coffee comes from the section of the farm named Monte Flor. Coffee is carefully hand-harvested and fermented overnight before processing, as washed coffee is dried on concrete patios.
