Samba

Samba is our Brazilian natural-process coffee, sourced from several farms across Minas Gerais and the Cerrado at 900–1100 masl. It draws on a mix of traditional varietals like Mundo Novo, Bourbon and Catuai alongside newer varieties such as Arara, Catucai and IAC125. Cherries are processed at farm level, then rested in wooden silos before export.
