Nestled in the high-altitude ridges of Cajamarca, the Chontalí community produces exceptional coffee grown between 1,600 and 2,000 m.a.s.l. This region is home to smallholder farmers who cultivate classic varieties like Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica on plots often smaller than two hectares.
