Langham Brewery Espresso Stout Beer

We are very excited to have been invited to collaborate with the outstanding Langham Brewery on an amazing coffee beer. Langham Brewery are based near Petworth in Sussex and produce a range of fantastic beers that range from lighth in colour unfiltered beers to rich, full bodied dark beers.

In 2020 they got in touch with us to see if we would like to collaborate on a coffee beer. Their aim was to produce a rich, full bodied espresso stout allowing the coffee to complement the natural flavours found in this type of beer. If you've never tried a good stout or dark beer (and I'm not talking about mass produced dark beers!) then you've got to try one out. They often showcase flavours that are quite similar to coffee so pairing this type of beer with coffee work extremely well.

To create this beer the team at Langham Brewery produced a cold brew concentrate using our coffee from Brazil. This concentrate was then added to the beer in the cask and allowed to rest. Over time the full flavours develope and the coffee and dark beer flavours marry together perfectly!
