Complete V60 Starter Set — Grinder, Dripper & Pouring Kettle
A complete pour over setup, chosen so the three pieces actually work together rather than just arriving in the same box.
Filter brewing is one of the best ways to explore the character of a single origin coffee, and the V60 is where most people start for good reason. It gives you a clean, sweet cup that shows off origin character, and it rewards small adjustments once you're comfortable with the basics.
Those adjustments come down to two things: a grinder you can move in meaningful steps, and control over how you pour. The Wilfa Zense covers the first with 40mm stainless steel burrs and 30 grind settings, enough resolution to tighten or loosen the grind and actually taste the difference. The Hario V60 Drip Kettle Air covers the second. It's a pouring vessel rather than a kettle in the electric sense — you fill it from whatever you already boil water in — and its narrow spout gives you the slow, even pour that keeps the coffee bed level and the extraction consistent. It's light, transparent so you can see the water as you pour, and has a measurement scale on the side, so you can brew accurately before you invest in scales. A 2020 Good Design Award winner, with a practical capacity of 350ml.
For a beginner, that combination removes most of the frustration from early pour over attempts. Add fresh coffee and you're ready to brew.
