Filter: Dose 15g-16g, water 250g.

    Our Organic coffee blend was released in 2019 and typically features washed coffees from central and south America. Roasted to highlight sweet, chocolate notes making this a perfect coffee for espresso brewing or if you enjoy coffee with rich chocolate notes and good body. Great both with and without milk!

    Currently featuring coffee from the Capucas co-operative in Honduras.

The Producer

Capucas

Cooperativa Cafetalera Capucas Limitada (Cocafcal) or Capucas as they are better known, is situated on and around the Celaque mountain, which is the highest peak in Honduras. Celaque means ‘box of water’ in the local Lenca language, and the mountain is the source for many rivers and streams. They focus on organic coffee production.

Very smooth taste

I have been drinking this brand for some time. I use the beans to furnish both my cafeteria and also my cold brew and simply adjust the grind.

I particularly enjoyed this coffee. I think it works very well with milk, which is what I was hoping when I bought it. Lovely caramel, even treacle notes. Will be buying it again.
