Finca El Triangulo is a medium sized 8 hectare farm owned by Davier Avilez Yepes. 6 hectares of the farm are planted with Colombia F8 and Caturra and the remaining 2 hectares are wild forest. The farm is located in Montalvo, Tolima.
Coffee is carefully hand harvested to select only ripe cherry, fermented for about 40 hours then pulped and washed before drying on raised tables.
