    Plenty of grinders at this price handle filter well but run out of usable adjustment before they reach espresso. The Opus 2 is stepless across its full range, so it moves from a fine espresso grind through pour over and AeroPress to a coarse cold brew without compromise at either end. What makes that genuinely useful rather than just a specification is the built-in grind guidance: the dial shows you roughly where to start for each brew method, so dialling in a new coffee or switching between methods doesn't mean guessing.

From Espresso to Cold Brew

The Opus 2 covers the full range, from a fine espresso grind through pour over and AeroPress to a coarse cold brew. Cool Grinding, Better Flavour

Large 48mm conical burrs run at low speed to keep heat out of the grind, preserving the aromatics that make speciality coffee worth buying — particularly important with the lighter roasts we produce. An internal impeller keeps grounds moving cleanly through the chamber for consistent particle size, whether you're grinding fine for espresso or coarse for cafetière.

Accurate Dosing, Every Time

Near-zero retention means yesterday's coffee isn't sitting in the chamber waiting to be dosed into today's brew. Weigh in what you need and it all comes back out. Anti-static technology keeps grounds where they should be, the automatic stop means you're not stood over it, and the magnetic catch cups drop straight onto a 54mm or 58mm portafilter.
