COFFEE PRODUCER

Tabaconas

This community coffee was produces by various smallholder farmers across the Tabaconas region. The average farm size amongst these producers is 1.5 hectares with all processing and drying taking place on the farm. Once dried the coffees are taken to the mill to be cupped for quality and combined to create a community coffee.
