All of Antonio Rafael's coffee is processed on site allowing his to create unique micro lots with varietal seperation and complex tasting notes influenced by the post harvest processing.

Harvesting & Processing

Coffee from the farm is harvested by varietal and kept separate for processing. The farm produced a range of different coffees from several varietals with a focus on anaerobic fermented micro lots.
