About La Aurora Natural | Costa Rica
This fantastic coffee comes from a micro mill located in Santa Maria de Dota owned by the Solis family. We've been buying from them for several years and visited them in February 2024.

Ivan and his family are post processing specialists and recently invested in their own farm located in Copey, a short drive from their mill.

After delivery, the coffee was fermented overnight and then dried on raised tables to great a fruity but very well balanced natural processed coffee.

Managed by Ivan Solis, the mill specializes in buying freshly harvested coffee cherry from small local farms and turning them into stunning microlots.
