About Antonio Rafael Geisha | Colombia
This is a stunning anaerobic fermented Geisha varietal from a small farm in Colombia. Complex and juicy with a cup score of 88 points.
Coffee was hand harvested from Geisha varietal trees and carefully hand sorted before being fermented for 96 hours in oxygen free tanks.
After fermenting the coffee was pulped and dried as a honey processed coffee. -

I really loved the smell of the beans just like bouquet of flowers. It taste like honey lemon tea to me with a very pleasing and refreshing aftertaste.
When grinder at the right setting (fine) produces an excellent shot at the notes as described
Ordered this & the CR one together . This wins out for us , reordered yesterday. Lovely smooth rounded but with greater depth than the CR was for us . 1st time we’ve preferred a Colombian to a CR … use aero press with small hot milk … Lovely stuff
Smooth body. Sweet & fruity with long aftertaste. Must taste coffee!
Tried this coffee today and was absolutely blown away! Every note was singing on my tongue - I've never had a coffee with such prominent jasmine notes before. My first thought upon drinking it was "Now this is REAL coffee!". Very happy with my purchase 😊
