About Brazil Single Origin | Brazil
20p from the sale of every bag donated to FareShare Sussex and Surrey.
Our Brazil Single Origin coffee currently features a pulped-natural processed coffee from Inhame, a family farm in Campos Altos.
We've been buying coffee from Inhame for several years and they consistently produce excellent coffee.
After harvesting, the coffee is pulped to remove the outer fruit and dried on concrete patios until reaching 30% moisture content. The coffee is then moved to mechanical driers that gently reduce the moisture content down to 12%.
*Please note - our Brazil Single Origin is subject to change and may feature different producers from Brazil. -

The Producer
Fazenda Inhame
Inhame produces some of the best Brazilian coffee, about 500 x 60kg bags of speciality grade coffee every year. Brazil Inhame is a small family farm with 28 hectares of coffee trees located near to the town of Campos Altos. The farm is owned by Marco Aurelio and is managed in partnership with his son Bruno (an agronomist).

In other cases, a coffee may be composed of several components selected to create a balanced flavour profile. Each varietal contributes its own characteristics to the final cup.

We work with a network of pioneering carbon removal companies that have been vetted by the commerce platform Shopify.
Perfect weekend (or anytime really) coffee. My favourite.
Rich coffee flavour with chocolate notes - delicious!
Purchased after my a few smaller bags of the Colombian el diviso beans from my favourite coffee shop, urban botanica near oval. The coffee is fantastic, freshly roasted, no issues whatsoever.
This coffee is just the right strength for me and makes for a really smooth drink
Coffee tastes great, speedy delivery too. Great to support small farms.
