COFFEE PRODUCER

Finca Filadelfia

In 1864, Manuel Matheu replanted his failing Guatemalan farm in coffee, sailed to London to sell his first crop, and returned so successfully that the President of Guatemala asked him to teach the nation's farmers to do the same. The Antigua coffee region was born.
Six generations later, the Dalton family are still growing at the same farm.
