New tracked delivery

Online order delivery service - Next day dispatch on all orders

We started using Royal Mail for deliveries at the start of 2016 and generally speaking it has worked out well for the majority of customers. Unfortunately some items go missing from time to time and this can be very frustrating for customers and also for us! 

We have decided to send all items using Royal Mail Tracked starting from the 19th of September. This means that when you now order coffee your phone number and email will be entered into the Royal Mail tracking system and you will receive notifications and be able to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.

All items up to 5kg in weight will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which should arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. We still offer next day dispatch on all orders so if you'd like to upgrade to Tracked 24 next day delivery you can upgrade for £1 during the checkout process.

We will always send out fresh coffee that should arrive with you during the ideal window for drinking. Because of the new tracking service you should receive your coffee 4 days after placing the order. For example, order on Monday will mean dispatch on Tuesday for delivery by Thursday. 

All international orders are now sent using Royal Mail Tracked / Signed. The service provided is dependant on the country and for some destinations a tracked or a signed service is the only one provided.
