You might have noticed that the number of coffee related products has dropped off in the last couple of weeks. We are just about to upload some great new arrives over the next few weeks and are really excited about what we've got to offer.
We are about to visit Rwanda for the second year and to coincide with this visit two new Rwandan lots will appear on the website. The first comes from Huye mountain. We visited this washing station last year after first learning about them via A Film About Coffee. It's a big operation that supports hundreds of jobs within the local community. We've secured just 2 bags of a small lot so this one won't last very long!
The second coffee comes from the Abangakurushwa co-operative located on the east coast of lake Kivu. We will be visiting them during the first week of May. This is an exclusive lot that should remain on the website for a few months.
Finally, we have an exclusive lot that has just arrived on the boat from Nicaragua. This is the first of several coffees we are excited to be roasting from this years harvest. It comes from a private farm located in the Matagalpa region. The farm is called Rancho Alegre and is 21 hectares in size. They produce a variety of lots and this one has been harvested from only Caturra trees.
These three new coffees should appear on the website by the end of April. We hope you enjoy them!
