About Osman Romero | Honduras
Osman Romero Melgar is the owner of the farm San Isidro, located in the Celaque area of the Copan region of Honduras. The farm is 10 hectares, most of which is used for coffee production with some preserved natural forest.
Osman was one of the first producers within Aruco to start producing micro-lots and to try new processing methods, and so was influential in the success of the spread of quality improvements throughout the coop.
This lot was processed as a natural. The cherries were delivered to the aruco mill where they were sorted and cleaned before being dried on raised beds. -

Osman is a trained agronomist and is an important member of the Aruco cooperative.

Didn’t want the bag to finish. Delicious
Excellent! I mostly had it as a cortado and loved the subtle fruitiness and deep flavour that was perfect for espresso. Would buy again.
Very nice smooth reasonable depth ,no bitterness,not multi layered flavours but would purchase again .. using aeropress with steamed milk
Fruity light roast. Juicy pineapple and for me, a dark chocolate note. Usual great quality from HCR.
