About Don Eli Geisha | Costa Rica
This is a stunning natural processed Geisha from our friends Carlos and Jacob at the Don Eli micro mill. This coffee was harvested at high altitude with only perfectly ripe cherry selected for drying on raised tables.
This process has created a fantastic high cup score Geisha microlot (88+ points) with tasting notes that include peach, pear, lavender and honeysuckle. -

Don Eli micro-mill
The Don Eli micro mill is owned by the Moneterro family and is located between San Marco and Santa Maria, Tarrazu. We've been working directly with the Moneterro family for over 5 years. They process incredible coffees from their farms at the Don Eli Micro.
Costa Rica 🇨🇷
Costa Rican farmers are known for their tendency to experiment with various post harvest processing method and for planting rare and interesting coffees, such as SL-28 and Geisha. We've been buying our Costa Rican coffees direct from the same producers for several years with the help of Selva coffee.
This coffee has a floral smell while you take every sip. I enjoy drinking this coffee. I make it with AeroPress + Puckpuck to drink as cold brew. Brings out all the good flavors and coffee notes.
Wow! This is something very special. Absolutely loved it and I'm very glad I grabbed a bag of it while it was available. Honestly what a delicate and delightful flavour profile. I've only tried it as a V60 filter, but I'm quite excited to try it as an espresso. It's absolutely the top quality I have come to expect from Horsham.
I brewed this in a V60 which gave a beautiful cup with nice aroma and flavour. Also had it as espresso and with milk. Great tasty cups of coffee. Makes it in my top 5 favourite beans so far.
