Our Costa Rican coffees are sourced directly by us from several dedicated, small producers. This stunning microlot comes from our friends at La Karola located in the Tarrazu region.

This small Geisha microlot was harvested to select only very ripe cherry and delivered to the family micro mill for processing. The coffee is first floated using water to remove defects. The coffee was dried under the protection of a poly tunnel, hand sorted and turned regularly to ensure very even drying.

This is a stunning high cup score microlot with tasting notes that include peach, raspberry and honey.
