How do we create the blend?

Every year we look for coffees with a flavour profile to complement tastes and flavours typically found around this time of year. These tend to be chocolate, orange, rich dried fruits (ie Christmas Cake) and boozy/alcohol like tasting notes.

We like to feature our relationship producers in our Christmas coffee blend and every year we are able to find great coffees from Costa Rica and Rwanda with these kind of tasting notes.

Which brew method should I use?

Our Christmas coffee blend is suitable for all brew methods and we roast this blend using an omni roast making it suitable as a light roast espresso or a medium roast coffee for cafetiere, filter and aeropress.

If you need help brewing your coffee head over to our brew guides page.

When is the Christmas blend available?

We typically release our Christmas blend early in November and it will run until early January.

What should I order when it runs out!?

Every year when the Christmas coffee blend runs out customers contact us to find out what they should order for the rest of the year! Our El Zumo blend has a similar taste profile and although it isn't exactly the same it will feature some of our fruitier coffees making it a fantastic choice.
