  • About Ainabtany AB | Kenya

    This coffee was produced by small hold farmers who delivery their cherry to the one of two washing stations located in the Kericho county, western Kenya.

    After delivery the coffee is pulped and dry fermented before being washed in grading channels to separate the coffee by density. The coffee is then dried on raised tables.

    Kenya produces some of our favourite coffees. We love the tasting notes that include grape, grapefruit, milk chocolate and brown sugar-like sweetness.

The Producer

Kenya Ainabtany

The Ainabtany dry mill is owned by Lot 20 who have two washing stations: One in Kericho East, Fort Tenan and one in Kericho West. The two washing stations work with several hundred local farmers to receive, sort and process their coffee cherry.

Lot 20 was established by Sidney Kibet, an experienced coffee professional from Kenya.
