It All Starts at Origin: Relationship Coffees
We believe the best coffee starts with strong relationships.
That’s why we source many of our coffees through direct, long-term partnerships with producers around the world. We call these our Relationship Coffees – beans grown by farmers we’ve come to know and trust, often paying well over the Fairtrade minimum to support sustainable, high-quality production.
In Costa Rica, for example, we work with small producers who can rely on us for ongoing support year after year. In Rwanda, our co-operative payments have ranged from 60% to 120% above the Fairtrade base price. These long-term relationships help create better coffee – and fairer futures.

A New Coffee Every Month – Always Fresh, Always Seasonal
Coffee is a seasonal product, and we celebrate that.
Every month, we feature a different fresh, in-season single origin as part of our Coffee of the Month subscription. These coffees are carefully chosen based on quality, availability and our deep understanding of their origins.
We cup and evaluate every coffee before it’s selected – ensuring it meets the flavour, traceability and quality standards our customers expect.

Roasted on Demand, the Eco Way
Once the coffee is chosen, we roast it fresh on our Loring S35 eco-roaster, one of the most energy-efficient machines in the world.
- up to 80% less gas than conventional roasters
- up to 80% less CO₂
- smoke-free batches for cleaner production
Our roasting approach is light yet well-developed, designed to bring out the sweetness, acidity and complexity of each coffee without tipping into bitterness. Roasts are monitored using advanced software and precision tools like a VST refractometer and Lighttells roast colour meter.

Quality Control: Taste-Tested to Perfection
We don’t just roast and ship – we test and taste every single coffee.
Each roast is brewed and evaluated using multiple methods, including:
- Coffee Cupping
- V60 pour-over
- Aeropress
- Espresso on our La Marzocco Lonea PB ABR
This meticulous cupping process ensures that each bag we send out is balanced, expressive and brewed to perform beautifully, no matter your preferred method.

Delivered on Your Schedule
Every Coffee of the Month coffee is roasted fresh, then delivered directly to your door in eco-friendly, letterbox-friendly packaging.
You can choose a delivery frequency that works for you:
