Bond St Coffee, Brighton

Bond St Coffee was opened in September 2014 as a joint venture between ourselves and our friend Chris Campbell. It had been a long-held dream to have a coffee shop in which to showcase our fantastic single origin coffees, and after meeting Chris we learnt it could be a reality as he had the experience of running a coffee shop. Chris now owns and runs another fantastic coffee shop, Brewed, with his friend Tom Mold.

Bond St Coffee is in the North Laine of Brighton (Bond St, obviously) and is very dear to our hearts. We only serve single origins, no blends. There are always two options for espresso as well as options on batch brew and aeropress. Food is baked in store by our dedicated baker Loz Goozee. We offer a lot of vegan options for snacks and now are offering a brunch service on the weekends.

Bond St Coffee always features highly in Brighton’s best coffee awards, and has been featured in Vogue Magazine’s insider guide to Brighton and in the Telegraph’s 30 best and 'buzziest' coffee shops. Our baristas are all very experienced and will make your drink to perfection on our beautiful La Marzocco Strada machine.

Retail coffee can be purchased in store, and ground if needed. We also stock a range of home coffee equipment such as Aeropress, Kinto, Hario and Wilfa grinders. Keep cups are available, and in 2019 we will be launching our own Bamboo reusable cups to discourage the use of single use takeaway cups. Bond St’s style has always been true to Brighton’s hip and relaxed vibe, and our window bus seat is legendary in the coffee community of Brighton as an excellent spot for people watching.
