    Our Organic coffee blend was released in 2019 and typically features washed coffees from central and south America. Roasted to highlight sweet, chocolate notes making this a perfect coffee for espresso brewing or if you enjoy coffee with rich chocolate notes and good body. Great both with and without milk!

    Currently featuring coffee from the Capucas co-operative in Honduras.

The Producer

Capucas

Cooperativa Cafetalera Capucas Limitada (Cocafcal) or Capucas as they are better known, is situated on and around the Celaque mountain, which is the highest peak in Honduras. Celaque means ‘box of water’ in the local Lenca language, and the mountain is the source for many rivers and streams. They focus on organic coffee production.

Amazing!

I was introduced to Horsham Coffee Roasters fairly recently, but now I will never buy any other coffee again. The organic blend is really smooth and has no bitterness to it at all. Going out for a coffee has been ruined as nowhere comes even close to what I can now make for myself at home 😅 this coffee is truly exceptional

Lovely coffee

Zinging vivid flavour and divine aroma from the get-go, but it took me 3 days to find the best grind to really bring out the lovely sweetness in this coffee. Will definitely be ordering again.
