Gotiti Wet Coffee Processing Station, located in Gotiti Kebele within the Gedeb Wereda of Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, South Region, is a modern coffee washing facility established in 2022 on a two-hectare site. Each year, it processes 500–600 tons of coffee cherries sourced from 868 local farmers.

The coffee processing workflow at Eva Gotiti includes: cleaning cherries to remove debris, washing, pulping to separate fruit and skins, grading and washing in channels and drying on raised beds for 10–14 days, and finally, storing the dried parchment for about 20 days before export, with each lot kept separate until cupping and assessment.
