Using good quality correctly filtered water is essential when brewing speciality coffee. In most parts of the country, the tap water isn't suitable for brewing coffee and in many cases is too hard causing limescale build-up in kettles and brewing equipment and tainting the flavour of the coffee that you brew.

What’s the difference between Peak Precision and Peak Water Endurance Filters?

Compared to the original Precision Filters, the Endurance Filter lowers the alkalinity to a lesser degree but is designed to last significantly longer.

Simply use the test strip provided and the handy chart to select the best settings for your water. Peak Water Endurance Filter will then get to work on perfectly balancing your water so it’s ideal for brewing a delicious coffee.

Peak Water is a fantastic water filter product that allows the user to tailor the water to their own requirements. In speciality coffee shops around the country, the water filtration systems are calibrated to give the correct level of filtration. These systems allow the good minerals to pass through the filter in the correct quantities helping to ensure that equipment is protected and the coffee can be correctly extracted.

Like any water filter system, it is very important to replace the filter regularly to ensure correct filtration. Each pack contains two replacement filters for use with the Peak Water filter jug.
