About San Antonio | Peru
This small exclusive microlot comes from three coffee farms located in the village of San Antonio, Huabal. The farms are owned by Ramirez Vasquez Oscar, Idrogo Gallardo Marcos and Augusto Torres.
Each farm contributed to the microlot by harvesting their own cherry and fermenting in sacks overnight. The coffee was then pulped and dried with the remaining mucilage (honey process) on raised tables. -
