About Fazenda Inhame | Brazil
We've been buying coffee from Inhame for several years. The farm covers about 28 hectares and is owned and managed by Marco Aurelio and his son Bruno. They use a selective mechanical approach that does a great job of picking cherry that is ripe and leaving unripe cherry on the trees. After harvesting the coffee is dried on concrete patios until reaching 30% moisture content. The coffee is then moved to mechanical driers that gently reduce the moisture content down to 12%.

Brazil 🇧🇷
Brazilian coffee is known for its distinctive flavour profile, often featuring notes of nuts and chocolate. Discover its history, processing methods and flavours.
good and fresh but was roasted on monday when i ordered on friday so can’t use it for another 4 days
Have just tried and changed to this in my subscription. Always drawn back to Brazilian due to chocolate and nut flavours and this one is lovely.
Light-Medium roast. Sweet, chocolatey and nutty like a smooth hazelnut spread. No bitterness whatsoever, perfect for milk drinks.
I can’t say enough good things about Horsham Coffee and their team - they are totally awesome. The Brazil Inhaeme is my favourite coffee that they roast. There are probably rarer or micro lot coffees but I am on a subscription for this one and hope they never run out. It is as described - smooth hazelnut and caramel notes which are clear on both the nose and when you taste it. Can’t start my morning without it now - yum
