When do you roast? We roast Monday to Friday and always aim to dispatch coffee within 7 days of roasting.
Do you roast for espresso and filter? We are firm believers in omni roasting. With enough hard work and dedication it is possible to roast coffee that will work well regardless of brew method. Learn more on our 'Roasting' about us page.
Do you sell preground coffee? Yes we do although we highly recommend purchasing a good quality burr grinder and grinding coffee fresh. We offer espresso (fine), filter (medium) and cafetiere (course) grind. We cannot guarantee that the espresso grind will work with all coffee machines due to differences in pressure and basket size.
When will I receive my order? We aim to dispatch orders the day after we receive the order. We send out orders using a next day tracked service. You can find more info on our delivery and returns page. Most UK mainland orders arrive the day after shipping.
What countries do you deliver to? We ship our coffee worldwide. The more you order the less we charge for delivery! You can find more info on our delivery and returns page.
Do you accept returns? We don't accept coffee returns but we want you to be happy. If you have any concerns please email email@example.com. We do accept equipment returns, for more info go to our delivery and returns page.
What makes Horsham Coffee Roaster different to the competition? We get asked this a lot! We are a family run business with a small team highly focused on the science of coffee. Bradley and Amelia (the owners) are very focused on their direct link with producers in Rwanda. Bradley is also a licensed Q Grader.
