Covid Policy

Horsham Coffee Roaster Covid Policy

At Horsham Coffee Roaster we take the risks of Covid very seriously and have implement Covid safe working conditions. Our aim is to ensure a safe working environment and to maintain high levels of customer service and the delivery of fantastic coffee.

Roasting and dispatch

We are roasting and dispatching coffee Monday to Friday with two teams working on different days. By operating with two teams we avoid any form of cross over which minimises the risk of infection in the work place and helps to ensure that we have enough space at work to ensure social distancing can be maintain. 

Our split team approach means that each team works on alternate days and we are still aiming to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If we do take a bit longer please do bear with us and we promise to get your order send out as soon as possible

Delivery

Both Royal Mail and DPD have been under significant pressure due to increased volume and, at times, staffing issues due to sickness. Generally DPD and RM24 Tracked will be delivered the day after the order is collected from us (except for weekends although Royal Mail do delivery on Saturday). RM48 Tracked usually arrives in 2-3 days but might take an extra day or two. If your order is under £10 the default option is 2nd class post. This can take 2-3 days but quite often will take longer than this and no tracking information is available.

If you would like to receive coffee quickly please select RM24 Tracked or DPD at checkout.

Collections from the roastery

To minimize contact we are unable to sell coffee to the public from the roastery however you can order online and select 'Pick Up' during the checkout process. You will be notified by email when the coffee is ready for collection.

Please make sure to double check your order and address details when placing orders with us as sometimes our dispatch team are so efficient that orders are dispatched before we are able to respond to support emails!
